Refund and Returns Policy

At Succhi, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we are here to help. Please read our policy below to understand the conditions and process for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, tried on, or altered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Wrong selection of colour or design by customer

Items purchased during clearance, promotions, or final sale

Used or washed items
3. Return Process

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence of the issue.

Our team will review your request within 1–2 working days.

If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Please do not send back any item without our confirmation.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), Succhi will cover the return shipping cost.

If the item is returned without approval or does not meet the eligibility criteria, the return may be rejected.
5. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer (depending on the case).

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If the exact item/colour is unavailable, we will provide:

Store credit, or
-
A replacement of similar value (upon your agreement)
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Recipient unavailable

Unclaimed parcel
The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
